Unlike Outlook(Microsoft Office) which provides automatic/scheduled archiving(global and individual folders) WLM does not.
The user is responsible for saving and archiving messages to WLM's storage folders and/or to media external to WLM(hard drive, spare drive, external drive, usb flash drive, cd/dvd etc).
