I'm still having this issue.

It's not anything related to the install because I've reinstalled the OS in
both my computers and it still happens.

Even today my gilfriend just said: "I though you were ignoring me". Its
extremely annoying and Microsoft does nothing to try to acknoweldge the
problem.
