I have exactly the same problem and if you put the error code into google,
you will se we are not alone.
MS do not seem to have a fix, the phone suppliers and network operators
can't help either - my only advice is stay with WM5 for the time being.

I also have the same problem with an AT&T Tilt by HTC, in just connecting to
my personal laptop (WinXP Pro) with Outlook 2007. I unfortunately have 2338
Contacts, and a large number of future calendar items. I experience this at
least one time a day for a loss of about 20minutes = I'm on WM6 (no choice)
CE OS 5.2.1620 Build 18125.0.4.2

I guess it's time to resurrect my blackberry.

And I have the same problem with a new Samsung i760, which is running WM6 and
syncing with Microsoft Outlook 2003. It is extremely painful to sync and lose
all changes made since the last successful sync, and clearly many users are
suffering this difficulty. I hope Microsoft will take this seriously and
publish a fix.

Been months since most WM5->WM6 upgrades were made available by carriers. One
would think MS would have a fix for this total showstopper of a bug.

Come on, Windows Mobile group!! Do your job!
