No, forget the license logging service, it never worked as expected from
Microsoft and is removed since Windows 2008, also the option in AD sites
and services for license server.
Set the service to disabled and you are done. For TS licensing you need the
real TS license server and that's all. Normal licenses you have to control
yourself with the correct amount on paper to show, if you are asked for.
