This is an informational message that the MSDE2000 installation will be
abandoned and the SQL2005-based Windows Internal Desktop will be installed
to support WSUS v3.

After the upgrade is completed, you can remove the MSDE2000 installation if
no other applications are using it.

Might I also suggest reviewing the Release Notes for WSUS v3 (RTM) which
discuss upgrading from WSUS v2 extensively? Also you should review the
Release Notes for SP1 and SP2, and reviewing the Step By Step Guide and
Deployment Guide might also be useful since it appears you're not familiar
with the architecture of WSUS.

One other note: You really should install =WSUS3SP2=, not WSUS3SP1.
