1. Can you please clarify what you mean by this statement:
"wsus clients not installing updates" is selected on Automatic Update
Settings.
There is no such setting.

2. You did not described in your process where you actually configured the
Group Policy or how it was assigned to the "Boston" server.

3. Did you actually run these commands in this order as you've written them?
"net stop wuauserv" and "net start wuauserv", "net stop wuauserv" commands
were ran.
If so, your current problem is that the Automatic Updates service on
"Boston" isn't even running. Your statement tell us that you left it in the
STOPPED state.
