I'd suggest starting by running the Server Cleanup Wizard on that replica
with the "Delete Unneeded Files" option.
Also, has that replica server *ever* been configured as a standalone server
at any time in its existence?
The content came from somewhere, and the fact that it's not on the other
replicas, and not on your upstream server, strongly suggests that this
replica might have existed for some time as an upstream server. That's the
most likely source of the extra 20+gb of files.
