I am also having these problems. I was on the phone to microsoft technical
support for three hours. We Deleteed cookies. Disable then enabled third
party browser extensions. Renamed the catroot files. Changed the MsConfig
settings to disable all start up settings, then re enabled them.
Still didn,t work. Another call to a MS "research engineer". Another hour,
couldn,t fix. Asked me to reinstall all programs and try again. Backed upp my
stuff, whole weekend stripped comp down and reloaded everything from scratch.
Guess what it doesn,t work. Exactly the same boat. (fits with the new machine
customer)
Same on my laptop. Old knackered machine in the attick works though!
About time MS came to our rescue I think.
