Your attached log does not demonstrate that.

Here's what I see in it:

Unfortunately it is not clear from the message which direction
is being implied. Is the Automatic Updates service running?
Since you know a firewall is involved what diagnostics can it provide?

If nothing better you could try the NTx Port Reporter tool

Please specify what commands you tried and what your observations
were from them. Was the Automatic Updates service stopped at
