Did you associate wuauclt.exe with this error message from the
Application Event log ?
This is not a common error and *may* indicate the presence of malware.
Please read this Tutorial :

Then have the system scanned by the Kaspersky Online Scanner :

If malware is detected, suggest you post to a reputable anti-malware
