I don't know what documentation was supposed to be
included by your OEM. But you can try using the
Wizard Reset Utility to solve your second problem.
You can download it here:

cancelled out of it; now how can I get that wizard to run again (outside of reloading the OS) OR how can I be sure to do everything
that the wizard was going to guide me through?

The document in question is called out and pictured in the Gateway 610 manual on page 87 and it looks like a Microsoft document to me; it has Microsoft in the upper right corner of the picture. http://support.gateway.com/s/Manuals...ps/9524973.pdf

Thanks Much!

Also, I downloaded and tried the wizard reset utility. Unfortunately, that's not the wizzard I was inquiring about (and of course lost my media settings and restore didn't undo it). That was the wizard for configuring the media center sortware. I wanted to rerun the Windows XP Setup wizard (page 14 of the Gateway manual
9524973 - Gateway 610 Media Center User's Guide at http://support.gateway.com/s/PC/TVMe...900210ul.shtml

Thanks
