It's probably not you or your computer! I had problems too so I uninstalled
SP2 and everything is back to normal right now. I'm gonna wait till MS gets
the bugs out of SP2 before I put it back on. In fact, that is just what they
sort of suggested to me. SP2 in it's present form is just not worth the
hassle.
