Microsoft says it is OK to install the final over RC-1 and RC-2.
If you have a different version, uninstallation is recommended by
Microsoft.
Some people have a minor EULA issue if Beta are not uninstalled before
installing the Beta, see #2 on this link:

I prefer to uninstall any pre-release version to help insure there are
no remaining Beta files.
