Fred Langa (former editor for Windows Magazine, The Langalist, and
Windows Secrets) who recently retired from writing about technology,
always recommended that his readers should wait a few weeks to a few
months before installing a Windows Service Pack. There are just too many
things that can go wrong. Better to let other people be the Guinea Pigs.
