you can restore your system in the bios, turn on your system click "F2"
button repeatedly as your system begins to reboot, you will need to know what
to look for, I advised take a self guided tour through the bios and very
carefully explore your options, this may help it will also give you more info
about your system, and if you make no changes no harm done . but you must
read all instructions carefully, including the navigation instruction in the
lower right hant corner of the screen. Or you may want to use the system
recovery CD that came with your ststem, you can boot your system with it
from the bios screen also, PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY ! Good
Luck ! Tell me how it turns out. also if you get to your system control
panel, there is a restore option, very simple process. My e-mail is

This has happened to at least six separate clients of mine over the last
week. I've never had this problem before, but all of the sudden, here and
there, it's happened. Not the same company, or network. I am surprised that
more people aren't complaining about it. If it happened to six of my
customers, thousands more must have had an issue.

I will try out some of the above recommendations, but I found disabling the
Automatic Updates service keeps it from crashing. I think it also has to do
with having Microsoft Updates enabled, so I disable that activex control in
IE properties.
