XPS Viewer

I already tried to un-install and then to re-install it to no avail, I still
have the same problem, I still can not access XPS document, and as I was
suggested before I tried to install XPS Viewer EP, and it refuses to install
with the error message that tells me that the update is not necessary.

That the one that I am talking about, XPS Viewer EP and that tells me that
