Interesting theory. How would you rationalize out all those thousands
of corporate IT people (with a list of MS certifications as long as
your arm) who chose NOT to install Vista on corporate systems?

1. Just another bunch who can't figure out how to use Vista?

OR

2. Very intelligent people with significant resources and abilities
who conducted non-subjective tests and evaluations and made logical
decisions that Vista was not worth upgrading to?

Here in Australia business announced long before Vista was released it was not
going to upgrade this side of the decade. The rationale was one of cost, and
things are already working. That wasn't too difficult to rationalise.

1. Possible, there are the few that are real good, the rest keep the industry
going by their competency. Ugrading is not an I.T decision it is one of business.
Somewhat embarrassing having to explain that to you.

2. Can you name at least one source? Your point\question 2 can translate to;

They with a job, checked down a list and the number totaling a score, of that list
advised them as such.

You just made that up.

Well... Mr. Not Even Me, just look at the state of the World's Economies,
especially the U.S. They're either incompetent morons, or ripping you off wasn't
at all difficult, or both. You might be able to touch yourself for $US 1. 00 per
peek show if you're lucky... (That will be worth Yen 0.14 soon).
