You do not have an anti-virus application installed and the machine is NEVER
connected to the internet?

Do you get this alert every time you start the machine?

Answer my other questions, please:

>> You do not have an anti-virus application installed and the machine is
>> NEVER connected to the internet?

Why did you do a "new installation of WinXP with SP3" and how did you do it?
What installation media did you use to reinstall WinXP (e.g., the CD that
came with your machine; the hidden Recovery partition; an OEM CD that you
recently purchased)?

Were you running WinXP before the "new installation"?
