RE_ REQUEST - Error Code 80246002 NVIDIA - Please review what happ

I too get this error message. Problem is that I went to NVIDIA and downloaded
the latest driver however during the download, its telling me that it doesn't
pass the windows logo test.

Do I :

a) Install anyways?

b) Panic?

c) All of the above?

d) Get a new video card.
