How to reach the toolbar including Help?

I've just installed Windows Live Mail on the last
of my computers. However, I've forgotten how
to show the toolbar including Help, either
for a short time or until I turn it off?

How do do I do those?

The Alt button will temporally enable the Menu Bar, or click on the Menus
button to the left of the Help button and enable the Menu Bar.
