reading PLUS! encrypted log files PLE

I need to read PLE files on a computer that no longer has Plus and does not
have msn messenger 7.5 because she has 8. I found this tool, but she says it
needs plus to run,
yet these people claim its a standalone.. any help?

It needs Plus! to run as only Plus! can decrypt PLEs.
