how can i read postings in chronological order? For example in the current
postings i have open it starts off OK at Dec 25, 2007, but then goes
8/25/2007
3/15/2007
10/20/2007
10/3/2007
4/9/2007
specifically i'm trying to find a posting i made about dec 20 but its kinda
difficult if you can't scroll down by date.

seaons greetings to all

use a newsreader!. Reading these newsgroups with that online interface is
torture...

Outlook Express, Windows Mail, Thunderbird are the polular ones

if you dont know how to do this and need help ask, although windows mail (in
vista) has the newsgroups preinstalled
there

In your browser, I presume it is Windows Mail Viewer, go to View==>Sort
By==> Check two items: Sent & Descending.

Never download a Thunderbird VistaByte mentioned. It is a Mozilla's
incarnation. You will get in big trouble with it. Will have to clean your
computer for days. Use Microsoft Software.

This VistaByte is a real scam artist.

There's nothing wrong with Thunderbird. It works fine with Vista.

Now, VistaByte is another story.....

I personally would use Google Groups to search for old post since it does a
good job at archiving.

You are an idiot who needs to research before telling somebody whether
somebody else's advice is bad !!...Vistabyte's advice was perfectly logical
and correct whereas yours was both selfish and uneducated....Believe me I am
in no way defending Vistabyte but his advice was both accurate and
honest.......!

Thunderbird is a non-Microsoft product. Using it may give your cat
constipation and void your warranty (on the computer, not the cat).
