O Hai! My first post!

Anyways, I use to have a ReadyBoost cache on my old 1GB USB that I lost
a few weeks ago and bought a new Toshiba 4GB USB Flash Memory
TransMemory. But I can't use the ReadyBoost feature because it says this
"A cache exists on another device in the system. Please remove the cache
from that device before creating a cache on this device."

How am I meant to do that if I lost the old USB?
