Real Arcade

trying to get into real arcade (which hasn't been a problem until now) it
says they can't check the games news and to check Microsoft Knowledge Base
Article Q261328...Not sure how to do this....can anyone help?

This is better answered in a "general" group for your Windows version.
microsoft.public.windowsupdate is for issues on Windows Update.

See the MS support website
http://support.microsoft.com then do a search on that article number.
