Realtek High Definition Driver version 5.10.0.5567.

Hi there I have the above driver installed on my computer.
I also have band in a box installed but do not get any sound from the band in a box. When I go to the options tab it does not show the realtek driver only Microsoft GS Wavetable.
Could you nplease advise me how to get this xxxxthing working
