Reboot via Remote Desktop?

Is it possible to cause a remote machine to reboot? The remote machine is
running Vista Ultimate and Remote Desktop enabled. Remote Desktop "client"
is running on XP PRo. I'm able to connect OK, but my "shut down" options
are limited to lock and logoff. Is there a way to enable reboot from a
remote?

Thanks,
Bill

While connected remotely, open a command prompt window on your
Vista machine.
Note: To open a command prompt window enter cmd in the Search
box on the Start menu.
Enter the following command.

shutdown.exe /r

Your Vista machine should restart in 30 seconds.
If you want to reboot the computer immediately, enter the
following command.

shutdown /r /t 00

Good luck

I forgot to add to my earlier response that entering shutdown
/? at the command prompt will display a list of switches which
can be used with the command.

Good luck
