I receive her e-mail, but when I reply she doesn't receive mine

My e-mail is working and I send and receive with others successfully, and
this other individual sends and receives to others successfully, but she does
not receive my e-mail (although I do receive hers).

I don't get any error messages on this end. She has added me to her
"contacts" list, but that hasn't helped.

Is this her problem or mine? How to solve? Thanks! I use Vista. I don't
know what she uses, but her address is @Yahoo.com

Does she recieve others emails? I have read that WM doesn't suppor
most web based email (yahoo, hotmail etc.). More inf

There should be something before to @ to say which user, and it occasionally
helps to have no CAPITAL LETTERS in the address.

Does the mail arrive to her if you reply to one of her mails in your Inbox?

In the mail account properties retype the email and replyto addresses very
carefully.
Have her check her Block Senders List and Message Rules.
