receiving emails

Upto about a month ago i was receiving my emails ok then i only got trash but none i wanted.Now i dont get any emails at all though have ordered thingsonline and been advised confirmation sent.I am very new to computers so not aware i have changed anything since using it.only thing is when i go on outlook express i now get an error saying pop3 not there.when i try to imput it it still errors..HELP!!!

You may need to re-setup your email account through outlook. Your internet
service provider(isp) should be able to help you with that. Depending on how
you connect to the internet and depending on what security levels your ISP
requires you may need to check/uncheck a few boxes. Who do you have for your
internet? (MSN, AOL, SBC, Comcast, etc.?) I may be able to find a web page
that tells you how to properly set that up.
