You may need to re-setup your email account through outlook. Your internet
service provider(isp) should be able to help you with that. Depending on how
you connect to the internet and depending on what security levels your ISP
requires you may need to check/uncheck a few boxes. Who do you have for your
internet? (MSN, AOL, SBC, Comcast, etc.?) I may be able to find a web page
that tells you how to properly set that up.
