Receiving error 0x8007043B when trying to Update

Running a compaq SR1030nx with WinXP home SP2. We try to update on a regular
basis but know we are receiving this error and it will not let us through. Im
trying to find out if its on our end of on the websites end cause its saying
that the website has encountered a error and cannot display the page we are
looking for. We haven't changed anything or added any other programs nor
hardware to the computer to make it cause this we are running Norton Internet
security but I have shut that down and still get the same error. I didn't
notice any othee of the same problems in the newsgroup, so I will post this
one

I also went through and performed the 1083 error troubleshooting on your
site and it gets to the end when I try and start the background intelligent
service and it errors out still. Please help thank you

error
