Receiving Error in Windows Updates

We have several computers that when we go to Windows Updates we receive the
following error:

Error Number 0x80072F07

We can't find any information on this error anywhere.

We started getting this error shortly after sp2 came out. I know the first
time you go to Windows Updates since sp2 came out you have to install Windows
Update software. The computers that come up with the above error never get to
the window that asks if you want to install Windows Update software.

All computers are running WinXp Pro sp1. Sp2 might take care of the problem
but we haven’t been given the ok to install it.

Anyone have any ideas why we are getting this error?

You should look in the C:\Windows\Windows Update.log file if you have not
for more details.

Error could be
Error IUENGINE Library download error. Will retry. (Error 0x80072F07)
0x80072f07 A redirect request will change a non-secure to a secure connection

If so could be the certificates or it can't redirect
or see
Software update incomplete" error message when you visit the Windows Update
Web site
