Hi,
Thanks Winston & Gary,

You convinced me that i have to look into the anti-virus , not using the
incoming e-mail scanning and even re-install it.
As i mention on a reaction on Michael: i dedected that with AVG 9.0 he
disabled my Windows Defender of Vista.
I forced it again to install, AVG accepted it because both are now on-line :
i will work on it a few days and than looking further.
I was always happy with AVG but doing thinks likz that i don't like a maybe
i will try AVAST but then also without incoming e-mail scanning.

Regards
Huib

I use Avast, I've never had any problems, on the XP and Window 7 machines.
It scans my incoming email and has caught some real nasties.
It works well.
I kan het aanbevelen!

Hi Gary and the others,
Thanks for the technically information.
I am not the type who just executes what i am reading without some additonal
technical information.
You convinced me.
I even saw now that after an update of AVG the Windows Defender is evertime
disabled (i thougt first only after the installation).
That is of course one bridge to far and i will reinstall AVG with the e-mail
scanning...

All thanks
Regards
Huib
