Depending on your hardware, this is difficult to say precisely. The easiest
thing to do would be to go to the Windows Update website and click the
Administrator Options, then click View Installation History. It will show the
updates in reverse chronological order, so the latest are first, etc.
You could then identify which one is causing this issue, and then use the
Add/Remove Programs from Control Panel to uninstall it.
