and they are not monitored. In other words, MS may see your
report or one of the MVPs may send in or answer your
question, but it is best if you tell more about the problem.
What MS Windows version and what revision level? What
version of the broken software and how is it "broken?"
Is this the publishers site

You might contact them for advice on the problem.
