Recent update has broken our software

Hi,
A recent windows update (KB921398) has caused some problems with our
software, Directory Opus.
Does anyone know what the channel is for reporting problems like this? Is
this the appropriate newsgroup? Or is there a direct contact for cases where
a Microsoft update has broken an existing application?

These newsgroups are not "official" Microsoft support sites
and they are not monitored. In other words, MS may see your
report or one of the MVPs may send in or answer your
question, but it is best if you tell more about the problem.

What MS Windows version and what revision level? What
version of the broken software and how is it "broken?"
Is this the publishers site www.gpsoft.com.au/Support.html ?

You might contact them for advice on the problem.
