Hello Ronan,
In Windows Mail, you can select "Tools", "Options", "Send" tab, then
check "Save a copy of sent messages in the 'Sent Items' folder" to get a
copy of all emails you send.
If you still wanted to manually send them to yourself, then see if
placing your address in the "To:" field, and the people you want to send
to in the "CC:" or "CCO:" instead may work better for you.
