Hi there,
We implemented a Password Self-Service solution called FastPass Password Manager. With that the user can change, reset and unlock thier accounts over the Internet - using either mobile or browser. Even has the ability to use SMS-pin codes as a token. Anyway - you might try that -
http://www.fastpasscorp.com - got a good deal and good support...

Recommendations for Mobile workforce Password change

My company has about 150 users of which 100 of them never access th
Corporate network. These are Webmail and Smartphone only users (they do no
have company issued PCs). The only reason the have an account in AD is fo
email access. So I am looking for recommendations for password chang
procedures, policies, and tools. We run Exchange 2007 and there is
password change feature but the implementation is lacking. If you force
password change (through domain policy) the user cannot log in to get to th
password change option once the password has expired
We have Exchange 2007 and are at Windows 2003 active directory level. M
question is -- what are other companies in our situation doing. My onl
option that I can think of is to instruct the users to change thei
passwords then run reports to see who has done it and pester the ones wh
did not. I would much rather just set a policy for periodic passwor
change and let the users handle it self service. What am I missing? Ar
there other options? Any insight is appreciated
