System: Vista 64 Ultimate.
When trying to install
Update for Windows Vista for x64-based Systems (KB938194), it fails.
I managed to download and install the update manually. The Update history
shows...
Update for Windows (KB938194) Successful
However, Windows update does not appear to recognize it as being installed.
Also, the automatic update, aside from having a different name (but with the
same KB number), is showing as "recommended" while the manual update was
showing as "important".

I have re-run Check for Updates many times. It still shows up as needing to
be installed, even though it's showing the manual update as successful.

One other thing....when it tries to do the auto-update for this update, when
you restart, it restarts twice before getting to the log-on screen. I have
not seen any other update do this.

Any ideas?
