The more you use the machine, the less likely you will be able to recover
any deleted files. If you've already used a home data recovery tool and were
not able to recover it, then the next step is a specialist. Be aware that
this will likely have a high cost, only you can make the decision on the
importance of the file and whether or not it is worth it.
