Recurring Contacts Problem

I have been using WLM for a while now, and 2months ago when prompted to
udgrade to Beta 8.1 I did so, with no issues. However, in the last 3-4weeks,
i've found that every single time i sign in, it tells me that between 5 and 8
different contacts have added me to their contact list, and asks me if i'd
like to add them to mine / block them / etc. What's the problem with that, i
hear you ask? Well.. all of these contacts are already on my contact list,
and many of them have been for several weeks, if not longer. Anyone else
experiencing anything similar? Any ideas on a fix?
