Hello fibala,
See if this can help:-
1.) Delete your recycle bin that's on the desktop
2.) Right click on the open desktop, click Personalize
3.) Left panel, click Change Desktop Icons
4.) [Under Desktop Icons heading, make sure Recycle Bin box is
checked.]
Click recycle bin (Full) icon, click Change Icon
5.) Click recycle bin (Full) icon, click OK
6.) Click recycle bin (EMPTY) icon, click Change Icon
7.) Click recycle bin (EMPTY) icon, click OK
8.) Click APPY, then OK.
You should have a recycle icon back where the old one was. Try delete
an item. See if it's back to normal. Please let me know if it's ok now.
