in windows7 they have corrected the misleading design prone to creating
human error and deleting the recycle bin.
I would like to see that fixed in vista service pack 2. But for the time
being see this tip>>>>
Make sure that hidden files and system files are visible using folder
options icon on the classic control panel and then go and delete
the $RECYCLE.BIN folder on each drive- partition you have.
