Recycle Bin Won't Show When Full

I previously posted about my recycle bin not going back and forth when it's
empty and showing when it's full. It just shows empty all the time. Thanks
for the responses, but none of those worked. I went to Personalization,
clicked Recycle Bin, even clicked the "full" icon and clicked Restore
Default, but it still doesn't work. I just want my regular recycle bin
back!!!! HELP!!!

Are you really sure that it doesn't change? On my Vista Home Premium the
difference is very small visually. To see mine change I have to stare at it
while I empty it, otherwise I cannot easily see the difference. (It is much
more obvious in XP). You might try changing the Icons temporarily to other
more obvious icons to see if it works. Then change them back, sometimes
changing things and changing them back clears out stuff - its magic
