reducing the size of photos for winmail

When I used netscape to send photos, it always asked me if I wanted to reduce
the size of the pictures to send. Winmail doesn't do this. How do I reduce
the size of the photo's so I can send several pictures at one time?????

Use Windows Photo Gallery, or even better, use the newer Windows Live Photo
Gallery.
Select the photos, click on E-mail, select the size you want, etc.
It will use your default email program.
