Redundant Updates

OS: Win2k Server SP4

Occurance: Happens with AU and on MS Update site

Informed updates are available. Install updates. Am informed that the
update was installed successfully (By both update methods). 15 seconds later
am informed updates are available. Same updates just installed are listed.

TSING:
Insured firewall was disabled
Insured logged in as admin
Have renamed Softwaredistribution dir
Have manually dled updates and installed in Safe Mode
Removed KB entries for updates in registry
Same problem is occuring
