In ADUC, I see references to old servers. I have Advanced Features checked,
and I am looking under SYSTEM - RpcServices. There are 2 references to
Arcserve backup in the format BrightStorEB@Oldserver1 and
BrightStorEB@Oldserver2. What is the proper way to remove these references?

Thanks!

As far as I know, these applications create their references "on their
own" in AD -- so AD isn't responsible of managing them. You'll probably
rely on the resources the vendor provides you but I'm afraid there's no
AD-internal way of deleting these references.

Cheers,
Florian
