Referrals does not work.

Hello,

When i use Dfsmgmt.msc snap-in (on my windows xp2) to list dfs namespace in
windows server 2003 R2, i have this error "unable to enumerate namespaces on
<myDomain>. The remote procedure call has failed...".

I did a netmon trace, and saw that the PDCe did not send dfs namespaces
referrals to the client.
If i reboot the PDCe, the snap-in can list the dfs namespaces.

I did a netdiag/v, dcdiag /v all is ok.

Any clues ?

Hello,

I found where the pb was. If a restart the dfs service on my pdce,
Dfsmgmt.msc snap-in can now list dfs namespaces.

Is there any tshoot steps that i can set to monitor this dfs service ?
did nayone already have this pb ?
