reformat problems?

In the next couple of weeks I plan a reformat, I've heard this can be a
problem with the validation thing for future updating. Should I wait until
after I have reformatted to install your validation thing?

You won't have any problems. Whatever you heard
is likely falsehoods associated with ignorance.
