reformating wondows xp 64

Ok when im tring to reformat my computer, to get xp 64 off (because screwed
everything up) i get to a point, in the dos system where it says i need to
type in a volume my systems and NFTS system and my hard drives is c drive,
can anyone please help me and tell ym what the volume is???
