Lately whenever I go between pages on Internet Explorer 7, I have to
constantly refresh the previous page, then at other times it is alright. Is
there anything I can do to correct this?

Tools > Internet Options > Browser History Settings > Click "Every time I
visit the webpage"

That should do it
