I have Vista Home Premium 32, connected to a Windows Home Serve
machine, to which I also have attached 3 XP machines. My printer i
attached to the WHS and shared with all the other machines.
On the Vista system only, when I reboot, I can no longer print to th
WHS connected printer. I have to Add a printer, respecify the networ
address (\\MyServer\Myprinter) and enter the username and password.
Once I do this, I'm good until the next time the Vista machine reboots
Vista does see the WHS machine -the WHS client on the Vista machine i
able to automatically connect and sync without my intervention, and I'
able to browse folders on the WHS machine without doing anything. It'
only the printer which gets lost
This doesn't happen on the XP machines - they automatically reconnnec
to the printer everytime they boot.
How can I tell the Vista machine to regain its connection to the WH
printer automatically
Thank
