Where do I apply to get a refund or exchange for Vista??

If I can't get a refund I would like to forward the monies from Home Premium
($109.00 US) to be placed on Vista Ultimate due to the fact that Home
Premium did not live up to its name.

Maybe the following link would be worth a look

William,

What technologies do you believe are missing form Home Premium that you will
get in Ultimate?
Joining a domain, MUI Packs, BitLocker, etc ?
None of which are Home user targeted functionality.
So what do you think you are missing ?

Exactly what don't you like about Vista Home Premium? Before you spend
any more money, be aware that the only difference between Home Premium
and Ultimate is that Ultimate has some extra features. Most of those
extra features aren't needed and would never be used by a home user.

I'm personally very happy with Vista, but if you're not, I don't want
to see you spending any more money for something you probably won't
like any more.
